What We Do

We are a premier provider of hotel and restaurant management services focusing on upscale independent, lifestyle and luxury boutique properties in prime and emerging locations. We are driven, experienced, and focused operators who graciously serve each other, our guests, the community, and stakeholders with whom we intentionally connect with each day. We bring a suite of concepts, design, development, operations, sales, marketing, revenue management, finance, human resource, information technology, and facility management expertise to the table creating a sense of place.

Founded in 2013 by hospitality veterans Craig Spitzer and Craig Shipley, Early Bird Night Owl is based in downtown Durham, North Carolina.
