We are driven, experienced, and focused operators who graciously serve each other, our guests, the community, and stakeholders with whom we intentionally connect with each day. We bring a suite of concepts, design, development, operations, sales, marketing, revenue management, finance, human resource, information technology, and facility management expertise to the table creating a sense of place.
Founded in 2013 by hospitality veterans Craig Spitzer and Craig Shipley, Early Bird Night Owl is based in downtown Durham, North Carolina.
